USER SALES AGREEMENT
1-) THE SUBJECT :

6-) NOTIFICATION PERIOD :

8-) RESPONSIBILITY :

10-) OTHER PROVISIONS :

15.2 It is the duty of care of a bona fide consumer to inform the authority in writing of the issues that the consumer complains about during the performance of the service. 15.3 The consumer(s) who do not have a signature on the contract but participate in the trip subject to the contract are also deemed to have read, accepted, and committed to this contract, which they are assigned to register on their behalf. 13-) ENFORCEMENT:

14-) COMPETENT COURT :
